A black and white cloud appears in Teletubbyland. The Teletubbies watch some children finding out about things that are coloured black. Dipsy leaves his hat behind, but when he comes to find it, the Noo-Noo has tidied up. Later, the Noo-Noo blows it out before the Magic Windmill stops spinning as it's time for Tubby Bye-Bye.
