This is Noo-Noo. Whisper it quietly - but the Noo-Noo is not actually a Teletubby. He is a shiny blue (Orange, pink and gold in the revival series) vacuum cleaner who cleans up Tubbymess, which is his principal purpose in the house. The Noo-Noo seems to be both the Teletubbies' guardian and housekeeper. The Noo-Noo hardly ever ventures outside, instead remaining indoors. He doesn't speak like the Teletubbies can, just sucking and slurping noises. The Noo-Noo doesn't own any objects. But he has a long trunk with amazing powers of suction. Not surprisingly, he likes vacuuming. At times, The Noo-Noo gets annoyed or excited and sucks up things he shouldn't. This can make the Teletubbies scold a cry of "Naughty Noo-Noo!" and chase him hysterically non-stop around the house, until they grow tired or forgive him. This ends with him shooting out with their objects. In The Teletubbies Most Wanted he is the worlds most wanted criminal and is a shapeshifter, he can turn into a evil doppelgänger of Loveheart called Lady Deathheart.
he uses a disguise that looks like Tinky Winky but with differences in The Teletubbies Most Wanted and the revival series he’s yellow gold and pink. He is operated by Mark Dean in the original series and The Teletubbies Movie, Victoria Jane in The Teletubbies Most Wanted and the 2015 revival series and Olly Taylor in the 2015 revival series. Noo-Noo attracted controversy during The Teletubbies Most Wanted world premiere when he touched Zoe Buchansky (Princess Loveheart's) bottom (Buchansky was pregnant with her first child Jeremy at the time), he would later do this 3 years later on The One Show at the end of the 27/02/17 episode when he touched guest Holly Willoughby's bottom when hosts Matt Baker, Michelle Ackerley, guests Holly Willoughby, Tinky Winky, Laa-Laa and Noo-Noo say goodbye to the viewers. Noo-noo was responsible for murdering, stealing, and kidnapping.
